Rumors are funny. Especially drum corps rumors. I'm glad that now I can sit back and laugh at most of them. Where do people get this stuff?!?

Birthdays.
Why are they not a big deal when you get older? I think every birthday should be like the ones we had when we were youger, filled with ballons and cake and fun. I think I'm going to try to make more people's birthday more special. Ok, that's enough for now.

Some places that are holding my interest lately...
Andy Kaufman is still alive. And living in Queens? Weird. Well, that's his blog, and here's a yahoo news story that says that same thing. But... there's two sides to every story and here's the side saying that he is most definitely dead.
Photo Journal of a NYC woman named Holly. She got a digital camera for her 29th birthday and is taking a picture and writing a little something every day until she turns 30. Definitely some interesting ideas contained in this blog.
Wanna know just about anything about your age? For example I am 5 months older than *sigh* Prince William. I was a year old when Apple introduced the Macintosh and 7 when the Berlin Wall fell.

Went to my brothers band concert tonight, what a difference a year and a great band director can make! They were all so great. They've improved so greatly from last year. I'm really proud of all of them. (And Eric, your jazz solo was great!)
Tomorrow I go to Kentucky!!!! Lexington here I come!

2 thoughts for this fine spring/summery evening
First of all, a convertable is a great thing, and I absolutely am in love with my new car.
Second, perfect is an awfully strong word. You must be very careful when using these 7 letters.

Here my new car!!!
I'm so excited! It's a 99 VW Cabrio!!! And it is my dream car. It is the car from the only commercial that has ever made me want to go out and buy something right that second. And now I actually own it!! (Well, tomorrow I'll own it.)
I have a car that's not going to die!!!

And here's my other home! Can you find where you live?
So I think that this is my house. Though it says the wrong city, I'm still 90% sure that that's it! Neat huh.
Actually afford, yeah right! So I saw the fine print yesterday, and according to that there was a chance that I would be ok. So my dad called today...
The catch. You have to be military personnel. What?!? We don't have any kind of major bases around here that would warrant special military discounts. Don't get me wrong, I fully support the armed forces and think they should definitely get money off of cars, but I also think the dealership should include the one detail that prevents most of the public from being eligible for this discount in their ad.
Next option... My cousin has a huge role in advertising for Jeep, and she's going to see what she can do. Please just let me get a new car before August!!

All right, so if you were me and had to get a new car and you saw 2 options in the paper today which would you pick: (both of which i can actually afford.)
A jeep wrangler (rag top only)
or
a jeep liberty.
There's very little price difference between the two. So wrangler or liberty? Let me know!!

In case you were wondering...
I hate cars. So, my wonderful Pontiac Grand Prix/Olds Cutlass hybrid of a car is on it's last legs, well tires. The transmission is pretty much shot, and at this point, the car is not worth fixing.
So I thought I'd be able to get a newish car. My uncle is a car broker. Sounds great, right. Well, until he said that I wouldn't be able to get much for what I can afford. Then I thought of all of those ads that you see, you know no money down and less than $200 a month for car payments (either lease or own). Well, apparantly that's not happening right now. For a Caviler it was like $260 if I was buying it and $370 to lease. Ok, nevermind...
So next year in December and January when you see me on my bike in a snow storm please pick me up! (Don't worry, it's a super sweet bike, the front and back tires are quick release, so it will fit in just about any car!)

Ok, everyone that made fun of my accent, or lives in Michigan has to check this out. It's all about the accent that people from Michigan have. As much as we hate to admit it, this makes some very valid points about the way that we speak.
And once you're done answer my question below!!!
Same question as yesterday, I just made it look cooler in the hopes that I would get a better response. So, if there's nothing to be gained by what someone who is inebriated says, how much can it be trusted?
So far I've heard that I should probably ask the person about what they said and see what the result is. They may have just been screwing aroung. The other idea came from someone who said that they sometimes became far more daring (and thus often more truthful) when they'd been drinking. So, what's your opintion?

What a weekend.
Jeff's wedding was great! They were so cute during the ceremony, and a great time was had by all during the reception (and the many hours after.)
Sometimes, things don't work out the first times, cause they're not supposed to, but it was nice to get a chance to figure that out.
So, question for all of my readers, how much can you believe what a person says when they've been drinking? Now, what was said wasn't attached to getting anything in return, it was just a statement that was thrown out there. Gimmie some feedback on this one, please!!
My aunt's kemo starts soon. It's really crazy and scary. Her form of breast cancer is more rare and aggressive than most, but they think they caught it early. Keep her in your thoughts please.
